The Houston Methodist Clear Lake MOB team broke ground on December 17, 2019. Dan Newman, CEO at Houston Methodist Clear Lake kicked off the ceremony explaining how the six-story, 150,000 SF facility will be the first phase in a multi-year expansion plan. Followed by Greg Johnson (Partner, PhiloWilke Partnership), Brian Cook (Vice President, Hoar Construction) and Mark Denman (Mayor, Nassau Bay, TX). The design and construction team, as well as the city of Nassau Bay, are excited to see the growth in the area. The Houston Methodist expansion plan will have a significant impact on the Bay Area bringing over 2,000 jobs and even more healthcare services close to home. PhiloWilke is honored to be a part of the team and the Nassau Bay community. We look forward to successful project delivery with design team members E&C Engineers and Consultants, Matrix Structural, WGA Consulting Engineers, Clark Condon, and Evergreen Technology Consulting.
