This year, PhiloWilke was happy to support the 2024 SMPS Houston Chapter “All In” Gala. The Casino Night ambiance set the stage for the organization’s design and membership awards while raising awareness and funds for Casa de Esperanza, a local non-profit that we are proud to support.
Throughout the evening, the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Houston Chapter honored 21 firms for their marketing design excellence. It was a moment of collective pride for us as our team, with their unwavering dedication and creativity, brought home First Place and Best In Show for our holiday piece, “Cards and Calm.”
As a health-focused architectural firm, we are committed to the well-being of our team and clients. Our award-winning submission, ‘Cards and Calm,’ not only showcased our company’s beliefs regarding health in the workplace but also made a significant impact on various aspects of personal well-being – physical, mental, and workplace satisfaction. Through a standard 52-card playing set, accompanied by a book of play with ‘brain break’ exercises, we proactively addressed the issue of burnout and reassured our team and clients about our commitment to their health and well-being.
To amplify our celebration of success, Partner, Greg Johnson, was awarded Principal of the Year. This recognition is a testament to his outstanding leadership within the AEC industry and his exceptional contributions to our firm. Greg, we are truly grateful for your commitment to our firm and your continued support of marketing and business development efforts in our firm and throughout the Greater Houston area.
Our Director of Marketing, Corey Lynch, in partnership with Britney Cooper of WGI, led the planning committee efforts to develop this memorable evening. We are always delighted to be honored for our team’s dedication to our business goals and community support initiatives.

It is great to see the efforts of the marketing department and to all our team members that supported this effort. We had so much fun creating it!
