Interior Designer I

FULL-TIME POSITION | HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

We are a healthcare-focused architecture and interior design practice seeking an Interior Designer I (0-3 years of experience) to join our collaborative team in Houston. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside architects, interior designers, planners, and project managers on innovative healthcare projects that support patients, caregivers, and communities.

The Interior Designer I will assist architecture, interiors, and furniture design teams throughout all phases of project delivery, including front-end planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, furniture planning, and construction administration. We are seeking a motivated design professional who is passionate about creating meaningful
environments, eager to learn through mentorship, and committed to delivering high-quality work
within a collaborative team setting.


Interior Designer II

FULL-TIME POSITION | HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

We are a healthcare-focused architecture and interior design practice seeking an experienced Interior Designer II to join our collaborative team in Houston.

This position is ideal for a design professional with 5-8 years of experience who is passionate about healthcare design and ready to take a leadership role in planning, designing, documenting, and implementing healthcare projects. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, planners, project managers, consultants, and clients to create innovative environments that enhance patient care, improve staff efficiency, and support organizational goals.

The Interior Designer II will lead and contribute to all phases of project delivery, including programming, planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, furniture planning, specifications, and construction administration. This individual will also serve
as a mentor to emerging professionals and contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning.
