Open Position: Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Analyst to assist in the creation and preparation of various marketing and public relations activities and materials.  The candidate must be a proactive, self-motivated, creative, and resourceful person, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table and producing high-quality work in a demanding environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant min. 4-year Bachelor Degree (i.e., Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Architecture, English, and/or Journalism)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals, groups, clients, departmental groups, and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and social media platforms
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills (i.e., data analysis, research, critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, visualization, and creativity)

Primary Responsibilities:

The Marketing Analyst reports to the Director of Marketing, along with Partner oversight. To assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies for tracking potential project leads, Marketing duties for this role are provided, but not limited to the following examples:

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Internal and External Communication: Requires a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to establish rapport and build confidence in both internal and external communication in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate and collect project marketing information to document and create promotional material based on marketing campaign strategies.
  • Proposal Coordination: Assist in producing winning technical proposals and coordination with consultants. Strong Adobe Indesign and page layout skills are a plus.
  • Photography Shoots: Coordinate and organize project/office photography needs with the project team and photography assets.
  • Copywriting: Solid knowledge of the written word, including persuasive copywriting skills and excellent grammar skills. Create, develop, write, edit, and proofread marketing collateral of project scenarios and work processes.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns. Planning, graphic design, and implementation of content on all digital platforms (company website, social media, and digital brochures).
