UPDATE (4.15.2020) With the potential spread of COVID-19 causing a greater need for social distancing, PhiloWilke has chosen to initiate our remote work policy. As of Wednesday, March 18, 2020, our team members will be working from home. While we will miss seeing you, we look forward to virtually collaborating through our web-based applications. With the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have outlined our policies and procedures for this time to help maintain our staff’s health and continue to serve our clients effectively. Based on the current guidelines offered by the CDC and listening to our clients, who are on the frontlines of treating this virus, we have developed the following policies and procedures. As a health-focused firm, we take the health and safety of our clients, staff, and friends very seriously.

Stay Health-Focused

Spread knowledge, not germs. The health and well-being of our people is our top priority. We promote handwashing, avoid close contact and encourage those that are sick or think they could have been exposed to stay home.

Social Distancing & Travel Limitations

Due to the extraordinary and rapidly developing changes related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are purposely distancing ourselves from hosting events and meetings for the foreseeable future.

We have suspended all out-of-state travel and are limiting local travel. Our office is currently open to staff, but we are electing to conduct meetings through virtual and web-based applications.

Technology

While we may have some distance between us physically, we are committed to staying connected to you. Our team will carry on through our numerous digital platforms to provide continued service to our clients and design team partners.
