This project consists of the interior buildout of existing vacant shell space, for 29,528 sf Neuroscience Group located on the fourth floor of the East Tower at the Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center. The work included minor demolition and construction of new partitions, millwork, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, along with new medical equipment and furniture as required for the buildout. This unique project serves the spine, neck, and head trauma group and includes Medical-Surgical Patient beds (Med Surg), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and flex, swing space for a future licensed Intermediate Care Unit (IMU).
