This addition of 19,000 SF modernizes an existing specialty surgical hospital in northwest Harris County that has been providing services to the community for more than 30 years. The hospital includes seven operating rooms and two large, multi-purpose procedure rooms. The project also renovates most areas of the existing hospital, providing new administration, business offices, and materials management suites, and joins the existing hospital with an existing ambulatory surgery center located on the same site about 200 feet from the hospital. The existing ASC was renovated and brought up to hospital licensing standards to become the outpatient surgery department of the hospital.
