The Chambers Health Bayside Clinic, founded in 1996, was Chambers County’s first rural health clinic. Their new one-story 13,000 square foot facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). FQHCs are community-based organizations that provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care. Programs at this facility include medical, pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s health, occupational health, oral health, mental health, and substance abuse services.
