The Christus Mother Frances Hospital is a new, 39,500 GSF, three story hospital and medical office building located on approximately 6.668 acres of land between the corner of US 69 South Broadway of Cumberland Road in Tyler, Texas. The specialty hospital portion of the building is located on the ground floor and is approximately 14,300 GSF. It includes eight inpatient beds, eight exam/treatment rooms, and all required services, spaces, and systems needed to accommodate the facility. The medical office portion of the building is approximately 25,200 GSF on the top two floors with its own separate public entrance. This project is a site adaptation and one story expansion of the two story design in Grand Prairie, TX.
