The project includes an exterior addition of 4,650 sf to the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) within the existing Centerfield MOB for four new operating rooms, storage, and MEP support (new electrical and mechanical systems). The scope also includes renovation within the existing ASC of about 1,000 sf to enlarge the waiting area, reception, consult, and minor changes to the CS area. The design includes an upgraded entry area that provides a wow factor.
